That is measuring along the middle crease using the full length of each side until those corners meet with no overlap nor any space in between them. This can be done with just the one sheet too by making creases along both side until they meet at the middle crease. That is not hard to do.
Learning how to fold these shapes is hard enough without playing both or multiple videos here at the same time. And, mastering the obstinate reverse folding herein does in no way suggest forcing any person to conform. This is just about mastering Origami.
